1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Right now we only ship within the UK, but international shipping is coming soon.

3. How can I track my order?

You can track your order anytime using our tracking page:

4. My tracking number isn’t updating

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

This is normal while the courier scans and processes your package.

5. What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in original packaging.

If your product is faulty, we will replace it for free.

6. My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us at support@solvixhelp.com with your order number and a photo.

We’ll sort it immediately.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase as we process them quickly.

8. Do your products come with warranty?

Yes — all Solvix products come with a 12-month warranty.
